What's included in every plan
- • CSV/XLSX import mappers for Xero, QuickBooks and Sage exports, including Sage 50 / 100
- • Direct Xero, QuickBooks & Sage connections: built, not yet switched on for this service
- • Encrypted tokens + full audit trail
- • 5-role RBAC (owner → read-only)
- • Finance Copilot grounded in your ledger
Terms
- • 14-day free trial — Growth features, up to 10 users. First-time customers get a 14-day free trial with no credit card
- • If you have subscribed to Fin-Central before, no trial applies and payment is taken when you subscribe.
- • Billed monthly, or annually at a lower monthly rate. Each card shows the per-month figure and, on Annual, the one-off yearly total charged
- • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the price then applying, until you cancel
- • Prices are in GBP and nothing is added at checkout: on Monthly you pay the per-month figure each month, on Annual you pay the yearly total shown on the card
- • Any UK VAT due is included in that figure rather than added to it, so the total you pay is the number on the card. Stripe, our payment provider, calculates and remits the tax on the sale and shows it as a separate line on your receipt and invoice. If this treatment changes we will tell you before it affects a renewal
- • Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for
- • Scale: practice pricing for multi-client portfolios, agreed case by case
- • Full detail: Refunds & cancellation, how to cancel, Terms and contact us

No — nothing is added at checkout, and the price you see is the total you pay. Any UK VAT due is included in that figure rather than added to it: Stripe, our payment provider, calculates and remits the tax on the sale and shows it as a separate line on your receipt. If this treatment changes we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
Online at any time, from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, nothing further is charged, and you can resume before that date if you change your mind.
Desktop Sage has no API. Export CSV from Sage and upload — we map the columns automatically.
Yes. It is sold to businesses, for use in their business, and not to consumers. By signing up you confirm you are acting for a business.
No. Forecasts, tax estimates, draft accounts, savings and copilot answers are calculated from the data you provide and are decision-support only — not professional advice and not a filing with HMRC or Companies House. Have a qualified accountant review anything you file, pay or rely on.
Yes. Scale offers practice pricing for firms running Fin-Central across several clients. Each client is a separate Fin-Central account with its own ledger data and audit trail.
