Who you are contacting

Fin-Central is a trading name of Nikah AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17199968), registered office Office 1216 Fitzrovia, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW. Registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC176381.

Contact: privacy@fin-central.com (data protection) · legal@fin-central.com (legal) · support@fin-central.com (support).

Our entry is on the public register at Companies House. Your contract for Fin-Central is with Nikah AI Limited, and your card statement shows our company name. Your payment is processed by Stripe, which calculates and accounts for any UK VAT due on the sale: the price you see on our pricing page is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout, and where any VAT is due it is included in that figure rather than added to it.

How to reach us

Email: support@fin-central.com — the fastest route, and the right one for almost everything: a question before you buy, a problem with the product, a billing query, a refund, a cancellation, or a complaint.

The request form on this page — use this if you would rather not send an email, or if you have emailed us and had no reply. It works entirely on screen. It gives you a reference the moment you submit it, stores your message in our system, and does not depend on us being able to email you back. You can come back to that reference at any time to see where your request is, and no account is needed to use it. You can mark a message as a complaint or as a data-protection complaint, which routes it and starts the right clock.

Post: write to the registered office address above. Post is slower; email or the form will always be quicker.

We do not operate a telephone line, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a number nobody answers.

How long we take

What you send usWhat we commit to
Any messageAcknowledged within 1 working day
A support questionFirst substantive reply within 2 working days
A refund or cancellation requestOutcome within 5 working days; if we agree, paid within 14 days of the day you told us
A complaintAcknowledged within 1 working day; final answer within 10 working days, or we tell you why we need longer
A data-protection complaintAcknowledged within 30 days; outcome without undue delay after that

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.

If you have not heard from us inside those times, use the form above and quote your earlier message — that route reaches us even if email to or from your provider is failing.

If you have a subscription

You can cancel at any time inside the product at Settings → Billing, in the billing portal linked from that page, or by emailing us — we action it the same working day. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. The short version is at /cancellation.

You are not limited to us for a refund. Your payment is processed by Stripe, and you can take a refund request to Stripe or to your own bank or card issuer instead of, or as well as, coming to us. They can refund you without our agreement. Stripe's published terms for this payment method say Stripe can refund a payment within 60 days of the transaction in certain cases, and that if Stripe asks us for input and we do not reply within 48 hours it may refund you anyway. Card disputes are handled by Stripe, not by us. The full position is in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

How to complain

Step 1. Tell us. Email support@fin-central.com, or use the form and mark it as a complaint. We acknowledge within 1 working day and give a final answer within 10 working days, or tell you why we need longer.

Step 2. If you are not satisfied with our final answer. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and there is no ADR provider we are required or able to refer your complaint to. We say so plainly rather than leaving you to look for one. You can:

  • ask Stripe for a refund — a separate refund route with its own power to refund you independently of us, and not an ADR scheme;
  • ask your bank or card issuer to raise a chargeback on the payment;
  • get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk, which can also refer the matter to Trading Standards;
  • bring a claim in the county court — the small claims track handles claims up to £10,000, you do not need a solicitor, and you can start it online at gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money.

Nothing in this affects your legal rights. If Fin-Central was not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a purpose you told us about, or not as we described it, you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — repeat performance or repair, then a price reduction which can be the whole amount — and we cannot exclude those.

How to complain about how we handle your personal data

This is a different route with its own rules, so it has its own channel.

You have the right to complain to us about our handling of your personal data, under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018. You can do it:

  • on the form on this page, by marking your message as a data-protection complaint — no account needed, and you get a reference on screen; or
  • by email to privacy@fin-central.com.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it, take appropriate steps to look into it, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office — ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113, or Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. You do not have to complain to us first, and complaining to us does not stop you going to the ICO or to court.
