This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You must not use Fin-Central, or allow anyone else to use it, to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- facilitate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or breaches of sanctions, or keep false accounting records;
- upload or process data you have no lawful right or authority to provide;
- upload special category data (such as health data) or criminal offence data, except where it is incidentally present in ordinary accounting records;
- upload malware, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems;
- probe, scan, penetration-test or attempt to breach security or another customer's data without our prior written consent;
- disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or other customers, including by automated access beyond normal use of the product;
- copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- reverse-engineer the service except to the extent the law permits;
- present estimates, forecasts or AI-generated output to others as certified professional advice, or as figures reviewed by us.
If you become aware of a breach of this policy or a security vulnerability, tell us at support@fin-central.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, in line with the Terms, and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
