This policy supplements the Terms of Service. You agree not to use Fin-Central to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe others' rights;
- upload or process data you have no lawful right or authority to provide;
- probe, scan, penetration-test or attempt to breach security or another tenant's isolation without our prior written consent;
- disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or other customers;
- scrape, resell, sublicense or white-label the service without authorisation;
- reverse-engineer the service except to the extent permitted by law;
- misrepresent AI-generated or estimated outputs as certified professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
