Cash flow forecasting

A 13-week cash flow forecast that rebuilds on demand.

Rolling weekly visibility of receipts, payables and recurring outflows โ€” pulled straight from your ledger, not rebuilt in a spreadsheet every Monday.

The problem

A third of UK CFOs say cash flow is their hardest problem, yet most still forecast in a fragile spreadsheet that one broken formula can quietly wreck. By the time a shortfall shows up, the runway to act on it is already gone.

How it works

1

Connect your ledger

OAuth to Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage โ€” or upload a CSV. One click pulls in open invoices, bills and recurring payments; sync again whenever you want the latest.

2

See 13 weeks at a glance

Every week shows expected receipts, scheduled payables and recurring outflows, with the closing balance and the lowest projected week flagged.

3

Model the decision

Compare scenarios โ€” delay a supplier run, chase a big debtor, defer a hire โ€” and watch the crunch week move before you commit.

What you get

Outcomes, not features.

  • Know your lowest cash week before the board asks
  • Catch a shortfall weeks early, while you still have options
  • Stop rebuilding the forecast by hand every week
  • One number your FD and your bank both trust

Questions

Where does the forecast data come from?

Your ledger, as at your last sync โ€” open AR/AP, recurring payments and bank balances via Xero, QuickBooks or Sage (or CSV). Nothing is hand-keyed.

Can I model 'what if' scenarios?

Yes. Adjust timing or amounts and the closing balance and crunch week recalculate, so you can test a decision before making it.
